PRE-ORDERS

Where an item is a pre-order the date when the item is due for publication will be shown in the title. It sometimes happens that the publication of an item is delayed; where we are made aware that an item will be delayed we will endeavour to let customers know as soon as possible. We will post any pre-ordered items as soon as possible following receipt of the items from our distributor. If your order contains pre-order items as well as in stock items we will send your order when all items on the order have been received by us. If you want in stock items to be sent immediately, please order in stock items separately from pre-order items.

POSTAGE

Our usual posting days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday with the exception of public holidays. Cut off time on each of those days is 8:00 am. This means that, for example, if you purchase
