We will post any pre-ordered items as soon as possible following receipt of the items from our distributor. If your order contains pre-order items as well as in stock items we will send your order when all items on the order have been received by us. If you want in stock items to be sent immediately, please order in stock items separately from pre-order items.
POSTAGE
Our usual posting days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday with the exception of public holidays. Cut off time on each of those days is 8:00 am. This means that, for example, if you purchase an item at 7:00 am Friday it will be sent the same day. If you purchase an item at 10:00 am Friday it will be sent the following Monday.
